FIVE BEHAVIOURS TEAM INTRODUCTION
What is this training about?
This workshop focuses on putting The Five Behaviors model into practice. Team members will better understand how they and others contribute to their team’s development, and how their part of the whole can make or break the team and it's dynamic.
The experience acknowledges one’s humanity and enables each team member to recognize and embrace their shared imperfections, ultimately establishing a strong foundation of vulnerability-based trust. It is designed specifically to help people on an intact team understand themselves, other personalities on the team, and strategies for how to work better together.
Who should attend?
The Five Behaviors Team Introduction is designed for intact teams to learn to work together more efficiently and effectively. It can be used to help executive teams establish cohesion, as part of new leader assimilation, or to take any team toward higher performance.
This workshop can help the team improve their decision-making process, reinforce cohesion, and create an action plan to drive the team forward strategically.
The program can also be used as part of a new leader's assimilation onto a team during his or her first year as a way to establish a baseline for how the team is performing and to establish clear areas of focus moving forward.
For any team seeking better accountability, more buy-in, or improved trust, The Five Behaviors™: Team Development helps the team identify its strengths and areas of improvement related to The Five Behaviors™ and create an action plan to improve.

Hold One Another Accountable: When everyone is committed to a clear plan of action, they will be more willing to hold one another accountable.
